If you should cancel a course registration at least 10 working days before the date of the course you will receive a refund less a service charge of 125.00. We regret that no refunds can be made for cancellations received after 10 working days before the course. We welcome substitute delegates at any time.
If you are unable to attend the course and are purchasing course papers, they will be delivered to you approximately 28 working days after the course has taken place provided that your payment has been received.
